Neville A. Anderson
President & CEO

Neville brings a successful record of leadership to this company. A entrepreneur with a proven record of success through out his career. The “first” and innovation are adjectives that describe companies Neville has led.

Rural Green Power, LLC, a developer of large utility scale solar projects is Neville’s current focus. We are using a unique approach for the development of these projects. RGP, along with our development partner, we will be the first to construct large utility scale solar farms using our innovative approach.

Previously Neville was a co-founder of Green Energy Partners-Dekalb, LLC. GEP was the first company to successfully permitted an 11-megawatt biomass project in the Atlanta non-attainment zone.

Prior to the GEP success, Neville was the founder and Chairman of Nevander Asset Management, Inc. An Irvine, California based portfolio asset manager providing workouts and disposition of reo and non-performing loans to the RTC and its successor agency the FDIC. Nevander performed services in 23 states and Canada. Nevander served as one of the seven close-out contractors for the FDIC.

Currently, Neville’s other passion is coaching distance running to high school aged kids. He was selected in 2017 by the Brooks Running Company as a National Inspirational Coach of The Year. Several kids he has coached currently hold state records and have also attained All American status. He is a certified coach by USA Track and Field and holds a Level 2 Endurance certification.

Neville is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, BA Economics. He also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management, PKE Program.
